" We receive seafood from Steve Connolly boxed in ice at a controlled temperature of 32 degrees. Most Fish sold by Connolly is caught in the deep waters of George's Bank -- over 150 miles from the edge of the Continental Shelf, and is certified as sustainable to the standards of the Marine Stewardship Council All food products handled by Connolly are subject to quality evaluations to assure purity and freshness.
